A freind of mines hair is naturally dreading, but its going very slow and dosent look so good. Anyways I was wondering how to help her out. Can you tell me how exactly to dread hair, I was telling her to not use shampoo with alcohol in it, is it true that will untangel your hair.

the best way to "help her out" would be to not give her any "advice" on how to fix them. there is absolutely nothing you can do to help any dreads. it´s like an oxymoron.
