I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet, seeing as I havnt been on the forums very much. But Check this out! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oACt9R9z37U
Thats really cool, that looks like so much fun. But I feel like it would run into a lot of problems, like if you wear certain clothes and shit.
Damnnn that looks like it could be awesome. But like smokinjuana said there's probably a lot of faults that go with it.
This looks more lame than the Wii. The PS3's motion control that was announced was a lot cooler, honestly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h2Y6UuuZnKI
yeah i can picture there be all sorts of problems or it just being straight up bad but then again maybe not
I also don't have a 360, and I've always been a Sony fanboy (with good reason! they put out quality product!) so...I'll shit on Microsoft as long as I want
I had to stop watching that guy was so nervous it was painfull But natal looks sick, those who are lucky enough to have tried it say its amazing how well it works
lol yeah, that's how i felt with most of Microsoft's E3 (couldn't watch cause they couldn't present worth shit) but PS3's motion looks to actually be of some use...it is 1:1 which Natal or Wii isn't
the Xbox and PS3 motion sensing technology is nothing compared to the Wii's because there are going to be zero 'normal' games that utilize the technology, they will be all "natal exclusive" games, so just those stupid little games demonstrated while on the other hand, the Wii uses its motion sensing in almost every single one of its games.
It's the same basic technology, though. Eye Toy and Natal are essentially the same thing, Natal just has more first party dev support behind it from Microsoft and they are pushing it further. All of it is stupid waggle shit though. I don't want to be dancing around my living room playing Ninja Fighter Warfare Extreme Flail Battle 4. And by Wii's "normal" games, do you mean shovelware? I sold my Wii for a profit back in the day when I realized the only decent game I'd ever play on it was Zelda I have a PS3 to play PS3 games though - like with a controller.
smash brothers, mario galaxy, mario party, and a bunch of other games, pretty much all their games utilize the movement sensing one way or another and I own all 3 systems plus pretty much the best PC you can build, so dont try to act like your hot shit cause u got a PS3
i'm going to have to disagree with this "natal exclusive" EA is gonna be all over this.. you know EA sports will create natal compatible games.. if all these companies are bending over backwards to reprogram a game to run on the Wii.. they will definitely do it with the Natal PS: the Wii is one of the reasons for the steading of expensive pricing of console games.. i would search for the article.. but they were talking about how companies who were talking about lowering game costs before the Wii was released(2kSports comes to mind.. remember their $19.99 promise?).. pulled back that promise because of the dual programming that needed to be done to release xbox/sony games on the Wii
still.. the only games that have been ported to the Wii for the special controls are games that are easy to use with motion sensing, mostly sports games. your not going to get a Halo on the 360 using Natal
