is there a way to reduce the production of hormone leves in men without any physically noticable changes? maybe by taking female hormones but i think that'll affect how your body looks too right? or not? is there like a something i could take?

Castration is an effective method of male hormone reduction.

Why do you want to reduce your hormone levels?

i know there's a way by taking medication, i just dono exaclty know what's the name of it, some anti-malehormone, or better known as anti-androgen.
and the reasons of course r personal, but im happy with how i look i don really want any body alteration, like some get breasts when taking sertain medicines or hormones.

antiandrogens will do it, but it's really unhealthy to go an extended time without at least testosterone or estrogen in your system

It probably wouldn't do much then except act in it's other medicinal way as a diuretic

Yes you can but even in small doses it could cause you to be sterile, this might be of concern to you. Also female hormones can slightly increase the risk of some cancers.

I have read the most succesfull transitions from male to female happen when youngest. Although Im glad I did not make that decision because at my age now I would have regreted it personaly.

Best thing to remember is everyone is different

A physician would know if hormone level reduction was appropriate for you AND how to achieve it.
