So I got busted the other day with some weed and some pieces, so my ma got me a lawyer and he wants me to go take a alcohol and substance abuse evaluation to higher my chances of getting less charges, or less harsh I should say, before my court case finally comes up in july. My mom got me an appointment tommorow around noon and I was wondering if anyone else had had to do one of these things. My lawyer said they probably won't do a drop, but they could, and they'll just ask me questions and fill out papers and such. I havn't done anything but smoke weed in a really long time, but anyone have any idea's of what to expect? Is there certain things I should tell them and not tell them? Any idea's what kind of questions they will ask me? can you even abuse weed...? I never thought so, and I can quit anytime and be fine, but if I tell them i've been smoking every day I feel like they will say I have a problem even though I don't, cuz they are retarted lol. any advice appriciated greatly =). I'm not really worried about it, just curious!
