a backpack full of rocks

    Its amazing the kind of exercise you can get from a backpack full of rocks, weights or sum dirt ;)
    You should try it.. Load up a backpack with 45lbs of rocks or sum dirt and take a hike..
    When you get to your destination .. Curl the backpack .. :toetap05:DO IT !!
    Or You can even stop and do a set of curls on the way, cause your legs are gonna get some work too, you might need a break ..
    Take some of rocks or sum dirt out and do single sets on each arm ..

    Dump all the dirt out so your walk home is nice and smooth.. :rolleyes:
    (could be costly if you did this with good weights) I recommend sum dirt..
    Repeat ... :sifone:..

    stay away from powerlines....up here they spray under the power lines with weed killer

    Throughout the school year I just leave all of my books in my bookbag and it really strengthened my legs and back just from walking around school.

    them inflatable swimming pools are good for remote locations, fill em up via streams, when you done doing your workout.. Go for a swim. :D
