My friend had a bad trip on MDMA

I have never heard of this happening, yet that's exactly what happened. In my opinion, MDMA is one of the most user friendly drugs availible. has anyone else heard of anyone having an experience like this?

ok, so backstory:

he's my best freind and we've both done E with eachother before, and for the most part it had been a good experience. anyway we we're at a rave this time. he started freaking out and screaming about how he was going to die, and he just had a really bad experience.

it's so wierd because Ecstasy is such a friendly drug. it's not like LSD where the user can lose control of themself and have a bad trip.

Any drug will take you out of your comfort zone, and people prone to anxiety often mistake this for the sensation of death or letting go. MDMA is actually a psychedelic, and we all know the effect those have on people.

 

As a matter of fact, I've felt like I was going to die every time I've ever taken X.

 

the only bad trip i ever had was on mdma

the actual bad part only lasted a few minutes though, and it was due to setting, and the rapid need to change setting. i rolled in a mall, dumb idea.

 

the only time i thought i was gonna die on mdma was because i was probably tripping but dancing so hard for so long and wasn't really drinking too much water. but it was a great time.

if it was ecstasy i would've said its possible it was a methbomb, but it being powder i have no idea.

 

I had my first bad trip on mdma a few weeks ago. It started out good tho, but when I got into a crowded subway car I lost my mind. I started thinking every1 on the train was plotting against me. For the rest of the roll I couldn't go near people, or take the train home.

 

last night when i rolled with Chris92 i FREAKED out because all of the oj and water was gone. i really thought i was going to die.

 

Yeah, the last time I just rolled way too hard.
I felt so good I told myself it was impossible and that I was dying lol.
