Gov't Witness Paul Maggy

So i am wondering if there is anyone here familiar with the case of US vs Mollie Fry and Dale Schafer. One of the witnesses in the case was a man by the name of Paul Maggy, would anyone here be able to recognize this man from a picture, as I bike with a man by the name of Paul Maggy who claims he used to be very involved with the distribution of Medical Marijuana in California and i am concerned it may be the same man.
