It's much easier to quit cigs if you're still smoking grass, in my opinion. That way you can cover your psychological need for the act of smoking itself while weening yourself off the nicotine and other filth in cigarettes. Of course, if you feel you need a break from weed, then you probably do. But sometimes it's good to focus on one thing at a time.
Good smoking sucks... My lungs are getting worse because I can't afford smokes and have to roll butts into unfiltered smokes. I'd go on the patch but I'm broke. I could quit if I had an ounce or two, I have to smoke something lol. Jimmy P knows what its all about.
See for me the psychological addiction is what makes quitting so difficult. I can easily handle the physical withdrawals but it's the mind and its cravings for the act of smoking that make me fail.. And I don't want to feed that psychological addiction by simply replacing cigarettes with spliffs which is something I could easily see myself doing.
