nose ring ?, NOT piercing

so i got my nose pierced, and i love it, but im ready to change up the ring and the piercing shops around me only have different colors of the one i have in now, and the shops with body jewelry dont have much nose ring option other then hoops and those little plug-esque ones- anyone know of any online stores that have a good selection of nose screws, prefferably shaped, that are made of a material that wont discolor or infect my nose?
