Has anyone else on here had a DXM hangover that lasted like 2 or more days? I had a pretty good dose on friday I think it was and I'm still a little spacey and not quite all there. Anyone else had a similar or worse experience? Peace
Yes I have. Was it dextromethorphan polisterex (delsym)? Becuase thats what I experienced this with. It's due to the dxm polisterex being extended release as opposed to the dxm hbr that most meds contain. But yeah, those lingering effects were kind of cool, just in a super hyped up mood, all giggley and stupid (like I couldn't form complex thoughts) and distractable and uncoordinated. It'll fade away in a day or two so its nothing to fear. Just take it as a bonus from the experience.

My vision is choppy instead of fluent (when I turn my head) my head is DEAD silent (no internal thoughts or dialogue) time is just blended together into one long moment. I have improved since this morning. I'm sure it'll go away with time. Wish it was as fun as those other effects you mentioned but not this time. This sucks. This must be slightly comparable to how some people with neurological disorders feel. It blows.
yeah normally i'm tryin to sleep for two days, on the third day i'm spacey and just relaxing inside of myself even if i'm out doing something i don't really do dxm that much though but when i do it's usually a nice sized dose
yea dude... i don't know if i'd call it a hang over, but I've had a glow for a least a full day after takin it. Same thing with X. Not that it's a bad feeling, just scary if you got shit to do.

Yea I had to drive around the city this morning. It wasn't really that dangerous or anything but it still made me uncomfortable.
Yea. I went a little overtkill with it the past two weeks. I'm gonna wait about a month till I do it again.
Next time though I'm DEFINATLY going to get somebody to be my anchor. I sat by and watched my brain float out of my head and out the window and I couldn't do anything about it. I genuinlly believed I was never going to get it back. ever. lol
i had to go to work with a DxM hangover. i call it Flashes. i get trippy flashes all day the next day. it would be like i was in a zone... per say.
when i get a dxm afterglow, i generally just feel at peace with everything and feel really euphoric. once it starts wearing off, i get a huge burst of energy and can do like a million tasks without getting tired.
