It was in my defence so he really cant. So they offered a restraining order and the bitch took it

 

are you asking how a restraing order will help get low income housing..
abused and battered men? lol, and women usually wind up homeless..
If he headed to a homeless shelter and filled out the proper forms, backed up the RO with a PFA the system will help find you a place to live.
This works a little more in womens favor but it can be used by the male gender aswell...

 

But she isn't being abused...the restraining order is AGAINST her. That's why I want to know how it would help get her housing.

after getting the PFA, you can move your abuser in like nothing happened and only pay rent based on your income..

HUD its not just for welfare people anymore.. , you just pretend youre on welfare..
