There's been a few times in my house where my parents say that they've talked to me in the morning/when I remember sleeping and I don't remember speaking to them at all or even waking up.

For example, my mom is yelling at me that she told me to clean my room and the bathroom this morning before she left for work, and I didn't do it. Not because I chose to not do it, but because I have absolutely no recollection of her having asked me.

I want to know if there is some way that maybe I could have gotten up from sleeping, walked around, spoke INTELLIGENTLY with my mom, then fell back asleep, never remembering anything.

It's really bothering me that I keep getting yelled at for not doing something I was told to do and apparently agreed to, although I don't recall ever having spoken about it.

People will wake me up and speak to me while I'm still lying in bed and I'll go back to sleep, sometimes not remembering ever having the conversation. I've never gotten out of bed in the morning, talked to someone, gone back to sleep and forgotten it entirely. I have sleepwalked before a few times. Sounds like what you're doing is sleepwalking, maybe triggered by something.

My step mom said i cursed her out once when she claims she woke me up to ask me to go somewhere with her. when she told me, i had no memory of doing that, i dont swear normally and i would never speak to someone in that way. my dad said he heard it to, but i honestly don't remember it. its pretty freaky. i also have periods where im awake but i sort of zone out and when i come to again, i dont remember what i did during that time. idk why it happens or what to do about it, but i can tell you i've been there, and i understand it can be a lil scary and frustrating.
