that's amazing... the detail in that is a little creepy, although the area i looked at is outdated by more than a couple of years.
The government has had this technology for decades. Its just become commercially viable in recent times. The government now has much more advanced and detailed equipment, like if you were reading a book, outside, they would be able to read it too, from space, realtime.
All ya gotta do is watch movies with government technology in them. Then think to yourself, would the U.S. government even come close to letting the public know the true scale of its technology?
I saw on the history channel that like 40 years ago or something the russians had a laser that could point at a window of a CIA room and hear everything. That's why they use two windows now so they can't read the vibrations off the glass. They gave us a beautiful carving that had the US seal on it or something and it was put in one of the important people in the CIA's office and it had a recorder that sent everythig that was being said in that room to them and that was a long time ago. It was there for years gettig our secrets, not battery operated or nothing just somehow worked on it's own and we still can't replicate or figure out how they invented it.
