taste the butane?

Some days I have to resort to using my zippo to light a piece, and well I dont notice any difference what so ever. Why am I hearing people say they dont use zippos because it makes the weed taste different? is this true?

 

Zippo fluid isn't butane, and they probably say that because zippos have a distinct smell even with the lid open.

 

It's just a waste of a good zippo.

 

I got a headache when i used one of those... Too much gas

 

They're only good for lighting joints.

 

I can notice a difference in taste from using a match and a lighter :\

All my lighters are out of fluid.

 

let the match burn for a second before using it to light a bowl.. otherwise you'll end up inhaling sulfur.. yuck

If you really want to smoke naturally you should pick up some I-tal hemp wick.



Its hemp twine covered with beeswax, you just light it and use it to light your smokeables.


I've used the bee-line, which is thinner than the I-tal, but I like the I-tal better, cause its thicker and better for snaps.

 

That;s pretty bad ass actually...lighters are a bitch to deal with when you're high.

Just bought me a clipper the other day when i was tryin to spark up in my car and realized someone had taken my lighter. i like those little bastards more than bics. cheaper too

 

I use a torch lighter mostly - burns cleaner than a normal one and works a lot better outside.
Only downside is people look at you like you're a crackhead..

 

never smoke herb with a butane, zippo, or match if you can help it. regular lighter fluid lighters all the way.

 

I saw this thing roor makes, you light it, and stick it to the weed and it burns it for you.

pretty neat.

I have a torch, regular lighter, matches, and bee-line so I always have a variety of flame options

Now I just need a hakko for home use with my bong

 

My buddy burned himself with a torch once. He was in so much pain, I almost cried laughing though.

 

bics are the shit. zippos to when ya smoke cigs. but clippers are awesome when you can find em!
