i dream of owning a restaurant someday. not just a run of the mill restaurant though, it will definitely be an experience just to eat there.

Restaraunts are too hands on for my taste. Unless you have a good system, that is.

I'd rather work on less time consuming projects.

 

It's not so much a commercial business as a philosophical one.

 

Oh right, I only have trouble with picturing myself in commercial businesses really. I actually have several inconsistent philosophical ones myself.

There was a restaurant a couple years back that named itself "C.O. Jones" and was forced to change the name when somebody finally realized they named the joint, cojones(balls).
