Hmm...so this is how it's supposed to go
Paper beats rock
rock beats scissors
scissors beats paper....

But if paper can beat rock
why can't it beat scissors?
it could cover scissors!
So does that make paper the dominant one?

the game is Fail. everything can find a "loop hole" (if you will) to beat the others. we need to invent a new game.

 

Rock smashing paper does not defeat paper, though; paper must be burned to be defeated.

I propose that this game was invented in prison, where I've heard they fashion shivs out of paper. Therefore a scissors would be the best shiv, a paper shiv second best, and a rock is just an unwieldy blunt instrument of death.

I'm saying the game, perhaps, doesn't refer to one of these objects being able to defeat the other, but instead being a greater asset in battle.

Otherwise, I think paper has magical powers with which it can pulverize rock at will. It ought to be paper, rock, scissors, match. The game could use an update.

 

So what magical powers does paper possess then?

That's a much more sensible game. But it doesn't help you to find out whether or not paper can magically pulverize rocks.

 

Rock, paper, and scissors are irrelevant. There is only Zuul.

one day i was really drunk in albany ny and i walked down the street for like 2 miles askin everyone i saw to play rock paper scissors.. you'd be suprised at how many ppl actualy played.
