I don't get it. If you want to inhale the smoke from an opiate, smoke it. If you wanna snort it, get it up ya nose (at room temperature, as god intended ). If you want both, do one followed swiftly by the other. Think how small your nostrils are. Then half that, as you're only using one. Then half it again seeing as how you have a bunch of powder going up there at the same time. Waste of time, waste of smoke. Surely.
