getting threatened at work by an illegal immigrant

I live in Pennsylvania, there are alot of illegals out here.. He came at me but didnt hit me so at the time I didnt feel the need to call the cops, and now its too late
I cant get a restraining order cause we work together, and If I get the whole diner involved Im sure to lose my job, and I just cant afford that right now, Its tough to find a job in this town. maybe ill check out that free legal advice

This may not be politically correct for me to say,but I don't care. Illegal aliens are like an epidemic disease spreading throughout mainland America.I had no idea in PA they had so many illegals.What the fuck is wrong with the US government?--Anyhow look on the bright side if you get fired,you can collect un-employment benefits,file a lawsuit and possibly make alot of money etc. etc. so just relax.--I still say call the cops if your 'boss'(he sounds like a real loser) does not fire that guy.There is no reason for you or anyone to put up with such nonsense.

You can get another job, you work at a diner. It's not like you just can't go to another one and apply....

A restaurant near me was busted for illegals.Alot of customers were unhappy with the health issues of undocumented people.TB, AIDS etc etc.

Some people are just assholes who carry a big ol' chip on their shoulders. If you can't sit down with this guy and a translator and figure out what his malfunction with you is, take legal action. And if you blow the whistle on your employer for hiring illegals, he can't fire you for it but he'll sure find something else to get you back for stripping his work force, causing him to pay fines and damage to his reputation.
