So its a little late for me to get totally hot 'in time for summer' but i really wanna start eating healthy, and getting in shape. Do yall have any tips or tricks for keeping yourself in line? What about foods or little snacks that are good for ya, and filling as well. I love to eattt Im gonna start writing down everything that i eat in a little journal.. Ive been riding my bike a bit, too.. What about little exercises? Mostly thigh and belly exercises is what i need...

Visualization exercises will help a lot. Just visualize how you wish your body to look every morning and evening, know your goals, and your mind will figure out everything in between.

Dancing is supposed to give you a very nice body. Weight lifting Pilates(my aunt is a pilates instructor) Kickboxing Running. Jumprope Anything cardio.. those are just example oh, btw, what you eat matters too, watch the fuel you put in your body, just like a ferrari needs premium gas to stay in tip top shape, your body needs to right fuel. Candy, cake, and sodas are gonna make u sluggish oh, protien is good.
its so not too late, you aren't in too terrible shape...from what ive seen you look damn good dancing is my favorite way to exercise (aside from stoned lifting, god damn that is so fun) but dancing like even in your room with music blasting if you go at it non stop for a while and you get low and shit, your legs will get a hell of a work out. just do crazy shit whiile dancing. and i was lame awhile back and went to get a workout dvd with this cord. my old soccer trainer had given me a workout band a while back when i broke 2 ribs, and that shit was awesome so i saw this and thought what the hell i rarely buy into shit like this and tried it. i think its cool. its a work out, and like ive started adding on to the stuff they do, reps wise just to get more tone. it covers the whole body, from calfs, to shoulders, includng abs. the name of the GAIAM resistance cord...and the chick on the dvd says the right things exactly when you need to her em haha are you big into meat micha?
when ever you get the munchies, dont go and eat the usually chips, or go to the dollar menu at your fav fastfood place.... Just do what i do, make a dank smoothie, i get alot of ice, strawberries, bananas, fruit like that and get some yogurt and your good!
heres how my 18 year old diets--yugurt for breakfast--an apple and string cheese for lunch and a massive chicken salad for dinner-no skin--at least 8 bottles of water--thats good for ten pounds in 2 weeks and shes 5ft 6in i38lbs right now and thinks shes fat--whats wrong with you chicks-your beauitful but always focus on the negative--like ny mose is too big --i have a scae--my legs are fat---us guys arent that picky---i lose weight by eating meat--the atkins run 2 miles a day and work out every other and quit beer and thats good for 20 lbl in about 3 weeks--yeah guys got it easy---good luck
well im 5 foot and i weigh 140 lbs!! which is absolutely unnecessary. hah.. my goal is 115-120, but i can't really say that yet, because i dont know how i will look or feel at that weight. i have big ol boobies and i think thats always gonna affect my actual weight. i have thunder thighs and a belly that i wanna get toned and sexy. hah imma go dance now i like meat. im not super carnivore woman but i dig a fat juicy steak or hamburger...chicken wing..err
