Okay I've decided that I need to take a step back and look at myself, do a little soul searching, some introspection. I haven't slept normally in a month, ususally under four hours a night, some times not at all, haven't eaten really anything but chocolate and water in like a month either. So the original plan was to jsut sleep for a full day with no interuptions. But I think more is needed, I really want to look inside myself, get into my mind. i just don't really know where to start. I can't really get any drugs right now, so that options not really open. Any advice would be awesome, thanks!
Well, I'm not really sure what you're looking for, but I'd try meditation, reading, music. Or just let your thoughts go and follow them and see where they take you. I find that to be the best way of learning about myself. And not with drugs either. Just lie down, don't do anything, and follow your thoughts into yourself. A lot of the time I find that if you let them they will clear things up on their own. Just give them a chance.
you cant do that in your house you need to run from your errands, and the bestest place is s.e.asia where everything is cheap and no negative people around... do it friend, you will really return as a person that .. knows
I would recommend taking a weekend off, treat your body right, eat fruits veggies.. lots of water, and a light psycadelic might help you if you could get ahold of mushrooms or morning glory seeds...maybe figure out whats going on... Otherwise, meditation...
Thanks, I think you're definately right, I need to get away, Asia's sounding pretty good too! Actually I would love and seriously need to just leave, I just don't know how, which sounds stupid but it's true. Maybe go on a roadtrip, just drive around the country, that's what I've always wanted to do!!
I'd say, start getting some better nutrition. Health is a holistic sort of thing: eat well, sleep enough, exercise/be active, think well. You aren't doing these things. You need first to improve your diet to a normal, balanced thing...eat fruit and veggies and make sure you get enough protein. You'll feel better immediately. Get out and take a walk for an hour a day, fresh air and activity is good for the body and the mind. And forget about drugs, they're nice but they aren't necessary for introspection: meditation with a clear mind is far better and more productive.
no man no, all you need is to leave everything behind for a while, meet some foreigners that youd never ever will be able to meet in your area... go share, go wild and act like a 'sapien for a while not a damn civilized person id recommend that you go alone, but if can't... well its up to you who to pick mate...
