I found some of this in the house. It's my Girlfriends http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/sto...19&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051 It contains cocoa butter, shea butter, but also has almond oil, macadamia oil and Vit E. So with that in mind, would I be able to rub some in my dreads? I heard that cocoa and shea butter is good for them, not sure about the oils though. Thanks
It's also got a load of other shit in it, which none of you guys would put on your dreads. I happened to be looking at it in Boots today coz my moisuriser that I get online has run out and the new one hasn't arrived yet so I thought I might find an acceptable in-betweener in Boots. All of the "natural"-looking/pacakged products were full of shite. I didn't buy anything in the end.
I think youll be fine using shea butter. I used a shea butter enriched shampoo the other day and it left my dreads feeling softer. Not all the time but every now and then for a good moisturizer it should be good a rasta was selling it in bulk and was telling me he uses it in his dreads so it shouldnt be too bad
ok, don't listen to this dude^ unless you have afro type hair and your locks are mature, as in over 1 year old.
