The T&S forbids lawyers - like every good website and building establishment should. Now if we could only outlaw them from leaving their homes and courthouses.

I just remembered a good piece of information, I've never been arrested before for anything, not even a ticket, so how much good do you think that'll do for my word

Cheap traffic ticket help too! and all other cheapness!!!

That is if your friend isnt an asshole.
Lawyers make bank on traffic tickets. This dude told me that he goes in, takes care of like 10 tickets at a time and charges like 100 for each one and makes $1000 in the matter of like 2 hours.

this case has more holes in it than wicker chair..
druggie cant call the cops on a drug dealer saying they got beat for drugs..
secondly they were in your house, now uninvited intruders, after the point of telling them to leave they became trespassers..
All you really have to do is tell the truth? They wanted you to get them drugs and your not into that and took their money to teach em not to mess with drugs .. duh. :D
how old are these people. Do they have parents..

nothing is coming from this, who filed the complaint> Take this shit to trial and scare the so called victims, after they see they have to testify they will say fuck this..

intruders called the cops on you? doesn't make sense at all. in texas they don't even have to enter the dwelling, they can be on your property without permission and if you can put up a case for feeling threatened lethal force is lawful.

i think you should be honest. i mean, if you tried to buy drugs last week and they stole your money (i didnt read the whole thread, im too sleepy) and you told them you could get them drugs this week and stole their money back, how much trouble can you get in for trying to buy drugs and failing?
but yeah, in this state you can kill an intruder, a friend of mine blew a guys brains all over his kitchen because he A) broke in and B) refused to declare himself. My friend is a badass, if i was stranded in the woods hed be a good guy to have around. i think he was between 8 and 12 y/o at the time.

but you told them to get out before you laid your hand on your bbgun, they were sufficiently told that they are not welcome, theres got to be some damage on the door showing forced entry, and they had time to corroborate their story before calling the cops.
then again, that one fucker who fell through the skylight onto a knife successfull sued the homeowner he was attempting to burgle. burglar, burgal... ROBB so you never know how shit will go

I think you should be honest here if you expect any useful advice. The story you told, is at best, incomplete...

They kicked your door for half an hour? Then they finally got in?? BULLSHIT... if they had, there would be marks on your door and the would have been charged with break & enter and trespassing.

Of course, that isnt even the worst of the story... You can act all macho and say things like 'I told them they were beat' but simple fact (according to your story) is you hid under your bed (or wherever) for half an hour from two girls.
If you felt you had some moral high ground because of what happened, then you should have told them so the moment they handed you their money.

They called the cops and said you ripped them on a drug deal (unless the cops in your area are the main users of all the crack), this also is bullshit.

They kicked your door in and then called the cops because you threatened them with a gun?? BULLSHIT... If they had kicked your door in and went to the cops to tell them you pulled a gun on them, they would have been instantly charged.

So man... whatever the real story is, share it, or stop wasting everyones time...

You can kill someone with a BB gun. If there is enough preasure and you were a good enough shot you could shoot someone in the eye and kill them.

Haha, don't tell the cops why you have it.

Anyway, get yourself a lawyer. Public Defenders are fine for something like this. If you hadn't admitted to taking the money, you probably would've gotten off clean. I think that you'll be fine about reckless endagerment and such. Just make sure to have your lawyer reiterate that they broke in, you felt threatened, and they were on your property without permission.
