i think second thoughts are natural. Marrying your FIRST gf? wow, id definately have second thoughts there but because i'd be wondering what else is out there and who else i can experience.

Its been a month since this post, are you still have second thoughts?

Eh.. I'm not trying to be an asshole or discredit your feelings, but usually (especially when two girls are dating one another for some reason) you want to marry your first girlfriend. I remember my first girlfriend, when I was fourteen, and I wanted to marry her after like.. the first month. Try not to rush things, you know? If you guys are meant to be, you have all the time in the world.
I have been with my current girlfriend for three years and I proposed about two months ago... it was cute.. she loves cheesecake (and I usually pick some up on the way home from work if she asks) and she called and asked for it.. so I went and got cheesecake.. but I got them to right "Mindy, will you marry me?" on it and I already had the ring and I put it on the cheesecake.. she was on the phone with her dad and walked in the kitchen, dropped the phone, and started crying (good tears). Kind of gay... but I think it's cute. haha

Well, I mean, you're pretty young, you don't need to get married right away. I'm completely sure that I'm going to marry my girlfriend... but in a couple of years or so. If you're sure of your relationship, then why rush things?

It sounds like you're more worried about the idea of living as an openly gay person, though, and to that I say: fucking do it! It's hard to be out sometimes, but if that's who you are, you'd be wasting your life to pretend otherwise.
