Five milligrams of LSD is alot. Becuase i know 1 gram is enough to supply like alot of people. So im asking old acid heads, if i had a few hits, maybe ten hits of blotter at most. even if they got me for one or two hits is that even legally enough to be considerd a class b felony due to the fact that the NY laws state that 5 milligrams or more is a class b felony? They are trying to nail me with the sales, and they say each sales counts as a possession. though legally i dident even have enough in my possesion to be charged with that? im not to fond of the law. but any old acid heads know about how much acid is five milligrams about how many hits.

alot of places weigh the carrier as well. so if they weighed what it was laid on they could be reaching the 5 mg because with the paper it could weigh that much. it's extreme bullshit in from all angles.
extreamly. its a charge from october 2008. last year. they say i must have sold to an undercover cop but i know for infact thats not true becuase i would never ever sell LSD to anybody that i did not personally know due to the fact that each indiviudal my respond differnt to it. Since its such a powerful tool theirs no way id ever sell it to a stranger. But they are them and they can say what every they want becuase they have the power too. It sucks, if you know anybody who has any good legal advice let me know. Or anybody who can get me a fake ID ;D if its 7+ years ill be heading to Canada. lol
Ok...........i got some insight on this. I personally did about 5 years in penitentiary for posess. and conspiracy to distribute and manufacture LSD. I had a little over 5 sheets on me when the DEA caught up to me and a couple witnesses (snitches) who helped to set me up. The whole manslaughter thing is a myth..........i've been hearing that nonsense for years and it's just not true, not anywhere that I know of, and the state that I got popped in is the second strictest in the nation, it actually would've been a lighter sentence if the feds had picked it up but they didn't because the federal D.A. knew that the state would be harsher. The size of a dose can widely vary, depending on your chemist or what family it comes from, blotter doses can range anywhere from <15 to >50 (seldom seen) mics (micrograms) of lsd-25. Although technically they should take the weight of the medium into account they don't, so what may look like a loophole to you will probably amount to nothing, they do count the weight of the blotter medium along with the L, so in their eyes, you did commit a felony, this isn't right at all, and I urge you to find a lawyer who will zealously represent this fact in court, but more than likely the court will find that the "spirit" of the law intended to take the weight of the blotter medium into account when it was written, since it's pretty much beyond the means and measure of LEO's to seperate the LSD from the blotter, so your pretty much hit.........welcome to america's fucked up judiciary. LSD is probably one of the worst drugs to get caught with in this country, it's not something commonly seen and if they think you are distributing you might as well hang your hat and retire, because it will follow you around for the rest of your life. I got popped 10 years ago and it still haunts me...... BTW, their is no statute of limitations for felonies anymore.............those days are over so you might as well deal with it. Your in New York which is a pretty liberal state, and it doesn't seem like they got you with much, your probably going to be A-OK...........the reason I had so much time to do (even though it was my first ever criminal charge) was because I had quite a bit (by their standards anyway, it was just my head for myself and family) on my person and they had several years of investigation in quite a few jurisdictions before they finally came down on me. Be happy that times have changed, one armed Joe from granola funk got busted with less than a 10 strip at a dead show in the '80's in the same state I was busted in, and he's doing a 75 year bid. It's because of guys like him fighting the system from the inside that the laws we're changed in alot of so-called "no tolerance" states.......and he is directly responsible for people like myself not spending their life in prison..........but unfortunately his sentence has never been overturned, remember him and love him, he's a real true brother.
