Recently a friend told me about body/dry brushing and I found it really interesting. I'll prolly start doing this myself.
Has anyone here tried doing it?

I do! I love dry brushing; it's the best exfoliation you can get! Buy a natural bristle body brush and brush toward your hear. If you do it at night and then shave in the morning, you get a smoother shave.

psilonaut dont worry your not alone, I dont have clue eather

But off the wall, I figure body brushing is when a really hairy guy combes all his body hair, so it isn't all tangly. But I cant for the life of me figure why 20 year old girl would want (or need) to do this.

Dry brushing is brushing the skin with a natural bristle brush to increase blood circulation elasticity smoothness and all around vitality of skin. It's suppose to help your skin expell toxins too... I think it's probably a good idea...just prob not on your face. =)
