Anyone have a good recipe for dried b. caapi vine, and dried p. virdiris leaves? I'm trying to make a good traditional blend.
the information exists, look around on google. i'm in the same boat myself, about to make my first brew. i've decided on dosages based on what i've heard from other people, sort of meshed it together. you will want the vine shredded, either way. anyhow, i will be getting enough vine and chacruna in the mail soon for two doses of what i believe will be a good "starter" brew. each dose will be made with 2oz of shredded ayahuasca and 1oz of dried chacruna leaves. i will prepare it in a similar manner as described by terrence mckenna in his recorded discussion which can be found labeled "ayahuasca and it's recipes." in it, he described his preferred method, which he says ends up just as concentrated but less thick and easier to swallow than other methods. put plant materials in the pot and cover with water, boil GENTLY for 4 hours, set liquid aside and repeat with fresh water for another 4 hours of gentle boiling. discard plant matter, combine the two liquids and gently boil until it is a managable volume. the key, he claims, is to boil it gently, and never bringing it to a really strong boil. this prevents caramelization of the sugars and other reactions brought about by heat which make it really thick, gunky and difficult to swallow
I know how to brew it, I've pretty much memorized everything on Erowid about ayahuasca as well as reading a few books on the subject. I'd like to hear more subjective input from people on this site...
can u get this shit online---been wanting to try it scince i first heard about years ago?--ps i thought u snorted the shit
You snort pure DMT, any of the findable products have to be extracted or prepared into ayahuasca, which is drunk like a tea (an awful, awful tea). Ayahuasca also lasts considerably longer than other methods of consuming DMT.
