What did Esther's doll look like?

I'm not sure if you guys are fermiliar with the old Phish song but im interested in doing some artwork involving the doll from the song, Esther. My question is, are there any pictures of the doll on any album covers or posters or anything? If not, what do you think it looked like (based on the song i guess).
