Took the final step

Hey all,

Just wanted to share that after about a year of being lacto-ovo vegetarian that I have become vegan. I am just really proud of myslef and wanted to share. Thanks to anyone who listened

 

Yay ^^ how did you make the transition? Did you do it gradually?

 

Not really, I had been thinking about it for a while and one day just deicded to do it.

I was vegan for 3 years, I eat eggs again now but I did like being vegan, it was totally fine. Unfortunately I have intolerances too like yeast, so decided to add eggs again so I wasnt too limited (they have yeast in bloody everything)
