favorite beatles song

what's your favorite beatles song and why?

for me, it's "happiness is a warm gun" on the white album. i really dig the contrasting moods. where it goes from soft to somewhat hardcore.

 

Happiness is a fine track.One of the best off the White Album.
Tomorrow Never Knows and Rain are right up there.Anything with backwards guitar or similar get my juices flowing.

 

Mine's a tie between Hey, Jude and Here comes the Sun. I can't tell you why, I just get a happy when I listen to them.

Picking one favorite beatle song is harder than picking a favorite tooth.

 

Strawberry Fields Forever, Helter Skelter, and the Twist are among the only ones I can stand (though I love many covers of their work)

this one's not a beatles song but it's a beatle's song.in the early 70's ringo teamed up with george and some other fine musicians to record "photograph.starr had some other good tunes around that time.
