Hi, my uncle recieved this clone from my mom's boyfriend and he knows the basics of growing, but never got past 3 weeks into it. He's dedicated to growing this its a female and he has have permission of his dog (the house owner) to grow it, so what would be the basic fertilizers (going organic, but have a semi tight budget.) he would need a pot (was told to transfer to a 5 gallon bucket tomorrow). He's planning on keeping a simple mostly natural organic grow method was told to water if it hasnt rained in 2 days and the soils dry, and to keep in direct light 8 hours a day, sound good?... He's keeping the plant in his room tonight and I'm wondering what he should buy tomorrow (maybe 40-50$ budget, will have more later in the week) before he creates room/space in the backyard tomorrow. His dog who owns the house is aware of the whole thing.

so he's wondering general prices for what he needs at this stage in plants life, also wondering the estimated age of the plant.

That plant is just crying out feed me.
What I'd get is loam (soil) based compost a number 1 or 2 type try not to get anything that say for cutting or seedling a bag of perlite and a bag of blood fish and bones to mix in with it.
Baby bio plant foods quite cheap but bare in mind plant wont need feeding for a month or so once your've re potted. I'd also get an organic liquid seaweed (natures tonic and bloody good for blooming too) repot and water in with a mild dose of that. As for the pot the bigger the better and anything over 12 inches will do for quite awhile to come. Age of ya plant hard to say if its from a cutting really.

Is there anyway to get the plant to flower premature? basically my uncle wants to wait until his dog gets a green card before he does anything too big, just the opportunity for a free clone couldnt be turned down...with the nosy neighbours the smell may attract attention...so he'd like this plant to bud and be harvested quicker then usual to keep things small and out of sight. also how often should i add Nutrients to the soil, its brand new soil Im under the impression I just need to worry about watering for a couple weeks, correct?

yes, if its organic soil, dont need to feed it for a little while...
Plants dont bud over night btw, it takes weeks for a bud to mature on a plant.. 8, 10,, sometimes 12 weeks. .

forceing flowering outdoors is tricky, and its really way too early to start trying that. If you know when it would normally flower, you can force it a few weeks early, but its not really easy. Some chicken shit and a little green sand in the soil when you plant should give it all the organic nutrients it needs until the harvest. Once its established in the soil good (couple weeks after planting) might want to add something high nitrogen to the water when you water, but only every other or third watering, and even then not too many times. Alot of back yard single plant grows you want to be good at pruning, so instead of a 10 foot sticky stalk, you get a nice 5 foot bushy bush.

    Update.
plant is about 11" tall, has been forced into flowering by putting on a deck at 9 am and in a closet at 9 pm. I'd say its like 3-4 days into it.

would it be a good idea to cover the inside of the bucket with tinfoil so that it reflects more light on the lower bud points/nodes?

    Pics soon.

No don't do that. Tinfoil reflects badly, concentrating light unevenly on your plant. It could burn little pieces of it as it acts kinda like a laser pointer.

how big is the container? I don't think you could finish a plant in any less than a 5 gallon. But that's just my opinion. I don't know too much about it.
