just a thought, hookahs have pretty large bowls, ive seen some that could probably hold a quarter. so i was thinking, if everyone pitched in and added some weed into the bowl but everyone had different weed what do you think would happen? like mixing purple haze, white widow and afghan kush or something.
I love to blend my weed. I often have multiple kinds of weed on me at any given time. However, in a hookah it would be a waste to just put in weed. The Shisha is very moist and it helps it to burn slower. So, to me the best method is to mix half and half. I only do this if I am smoking with friends. I have a nice three hose hookah. I will even put some wine in the water to give it a whole other flavor.
you can put a lit charcoal in your hookah bowl so you dont have to light it constantly AND so you dont smoke all your stash in one huge bowl. just an fyi
Keeping a lit charcoal on a hookah is the proper way to do it, you are not supposed to light a hookah bowl with any sort of flame. Mixing does work the best, using only bud in the hookah tends to get a bit harsh, and the smoke goes stale far worse than with shisha and bud. (not as fast as with a bong or anything, though) If you do mix, the best way is to pack the bowl a little less than half full with the tobacco, then grind up your bud VERY fine and coat the top of the bowl with it. I've found if you actually mix the shisha and the bud together you don't get as much cannabis flavor. And if you are not a cigarette smoker the buzz from the nicotine will really really amp up your high.
depends on the hookah. i only recomend nugs out of glass, no water. if you dont have a good hookah, or if there are people who arent good at smoking one, you can blow through some really good bud without gettin a really good buzz.
