..okay, you know how when I joined I said I'd never even seen oxy over here, I just do plenty of decent dope? Lo and behold I managed to get 60 mgs of Oxy today. I'm not gonna be able to get much more of this as the source will dry up soon. I just wanted to know that, given I do a couple lines of decent dope most nights, and like a .6 over the course of weekends, is it best to do the 60 in one go to feel it? I'm going to take a few days off H so I don't waste a fairly medium oxy dose. Also: eat? snort? or plug? I understand it's not gonna be hugely different to dope, but each opiate does have its own character, and I wanna feel oxy right. This brings me to another question - if I recall, oxy is one of the few opiates that *doesn't* metabolise to morphine to get you high. Does this mean *less* cross-tolerance with other opiates than say, cross-tolerance between heroin and morphine? If ya get what I mean? help appreciated!
Hey man Ummm congratulations on getting hold of some ocs. Where about are you in the uk. I lived there when I was younger and I'm back here at the moment before classes start again. Anyway I have only done oxys and morphine I can't trust my one guys needles and I don't want to take the risk. I have a needle now though. I'm psyched to get home haha. Anyway I'd say take about a week of of h to try and get it out of your system a little. Then depending on how long you want your high to last do one of the following. Either a pop the pill and have a longer but more subdued high or (my personal favourite) crush your pill up. Then if you can be bothered take some tweezers and take out the little pieces of time release. (I'm going to make a thread in whether others do this commonly or not). Once you have done that I'd advise you snort all of the pill and wait for the onset. Oxycontin is my favourite opiate I've tried. Sorry I don't know to much about the cross tolerances mate. So I thought I'd answer the more technical part of your question. You are right when you say that oxycodone is one of the few opiates which does not have morphine as its primary metabolite. that means it gets you high with the other chemicals it metabolizes into. this also means, as you supposed, that cross tolerance between oxy and H (and other drugs whose primary metabolite is morphine) is lower than between say H and morphine. If I were you I'd do the normal thing that us OC fiends in the US do: pop the pill in your mouth and suck on it for just a few seconds, just to get it damp. Then put it in a paper towel and wipe off the colored coating till you have a completely white pill (its almost impossible to get the coating out of the imprints so don't bother unless you are totally OCD like me then use the tip of a razor blade or a needle) which you can then crush up as fine as you can. I'd separate it in half since you usually use .6 of H and snort the first half, and if you don't feel it after half an hour snort the second. plus that gives the first line time to absorb without overloading your nasal passageways. You can also plug it if you want. The preparation is mostly the same but after you turn it into powder, you should put it into a syringe from which you've removed the needle, add 3cc of warm water, shake until dissolved, then shove it up the bunghole and depress slowly. Hope you enjoy it. Plugging will technically let your body absorb a larger proportion of the drug, but snorting is a faster, more speedy high and if you are used to H I think you'd enjoy that more. I would definitely take a few days off H if you can before you try the OC though, then it will have even less cross tolerance and you'll probably really enjoy it. I second Haha's question: where in the UK do you live? I spent a year there recently and loved it. only place I ever got pure white powdered dope. and the only dope I've ever done. mostly I just did a shit ton of CWE's with Nurophen Plus (I was opiate naive at the time and could get high off 100mg of Codeine.. god I miss that) Good luck bro

Honestly, pharmaceutical opiates are so hard to come by here, at least in my experience, while there is smack in abundance. These oxy were marketed as 'a really strong version of valium...well chilling', so I took a look at the blister pack and my jaw dropped =D ...maybe that belongs in V's 'crazy hookups' thread...
