question about sickness..

today's monday; on saturday night i took some mushrooms with friends, had a good trip, no bad side effects, woke up in the morning feeling fine.

then, sunday night i started feeling ill, and by this morning i thought i was going to throw up. i haven't eaten anything suspicious, the only thing i can think of is i'm coming down with a flu, or to blame it on the mushies.

has anyone else had a problem with sickness after, or is it more likely that i've just caught a bug?

My whole family has been sick with some sort of flu and we aren't the only ones. It includes nausea and vommiting for some, so it could have nothing to do with your shrooms at all

 

My guess is that you are just coming down with a flu. If it happened that long after you took them, they're out of your body already. If you were going to puke, you'd have done it during the trip.

Anyway, mushies can cause a bit of an upset stomach. I also think that sometimes when you tripyou end up outside and cold for a long time without realising it, which could have pushed you over the edge if you were already getting ill. But, no, I don't think the mushies are the cause of it directly.

 

hey, this happened to me once, very same thing happened..I was fine and then a day or two later I was sick like I had the flu all day. It went away the next day I think. Maybe, it was a flu...I doubt it though. I think it happened another time, although it was a long time ago, when I was first doing them, so I don't remember much. I definately think it's possible. I mean, you are eating poison.
