I'm thinking of picking up a didgeridoo, like a wood one about 4 or 5 feet long, and making a bong out of it somehow, hopefully making it a functioning didgeridoo also. 2 ways i can see of doing it, one of which preserves the didge: 1. drill a hole in the side of it, seal up the bottom and then somehow seal up the whole thing to make sure it's airtight and pop a slider in 2. somehow make a chamber with a bowl that gets attached to the bottom and holds the water that can pop on and off, and then still seal up the length of the didge so it def doesn't leak smoke anywhere. if i did it this way when i was done smoking out of it i could just pop the bottom chamber off and have a working didge. and that would be a pretty epic bong, i'm talking about getting a fairly large didge for this. should it be doable? i could just buy a bong, but I'd rather make one myself and this seems like it would be pretty kickass.
make the hitter of coper pipe, and then put a ball valve on it so u could use it wen you werent smokin, and something on the bottom nit sure though
I wouldn't use copper...when heated it adds a really nasty flavour and I don't think it's too healthy.
actually the way i'm thinking of doing it now is to have a couple pieces that swap out depending on what i want to do with it. a cover for the bottom, so that i can pop that on and add water. then drill a hole in the side, and put in some kind of a bowl, but also have a piece of cork or something to close up the hole when i want to play it.
