So for all of you who who dont know, a common source using twitter just tweeted (lol) and they will be selling a brand new chemical that we can be the first to try, its called JWH-200.

Not much is known and so far I havent even found a dosage range but this is the wikipedia entry:

JWH-200 is an analgesic chemical from the aminoalkylindole family, which acts as a cannabinoid receptor agonist. Its binding affinity at the CB1 receptor is 42nM, around the same as that of THC,[1] but interestingly its analgesic potency in vivo was higher than that of other analogues which had stronger CB1 binding affinity in vitro,[2] around 3x that of THC but with less sedative effect,[3] most likely reflecting favourable pharmacokinetic characteristics.


Can someone interpret that? Are they saying its got similar but stronger effects than THC?

 

jwh-018 is very similar to cannabis, as is jwh-073. i would assume jwh-200 is similar. i wonder what the dosage is...

however, the chemical structure is quite different. looks like this could be an interesting chem.

Wtf is a twitter?

 

This means its pain killing effects are stronger than other analogs. With less sleepy effects than THC.

It is also stating that its affinity for CB1 is lower than that of THC. It does not state its affinity to CB2 though. This is an important piece of info on understanding its effects/dosage.

That is interesting because it is saying that its not as strong as some (weaker binding affinity) but has more pain killing effects. Vivo means life, vitro means in glass (here it means testing without animals).

Oh well thats gay... So then maybe JWH-200 isnt more recreational rather more useful in research for medicine, sounds like good medicine to me.

 

Does anybody know if any of the jwh XXX drugs wouyld be good for sleep?

i suffer form mood disorder related insomnia [mild bipolar] and i would love to find something unschedueled that is non addictive.

i've been taking melatonin for years now, and it doesn't do much anymore.

i used to smoke hash at night to sleep, but i can't now adays.

[keep in mind that i'm not a daily weed smoker...]

Yeah JWH-018 is supposedly more like stony weed, so itd probably be great for sleep. You could just smoke weed, I have horrible insomnia as well and I smoke weed every single night just to sleep, and let me tell you it does just the trick. And yeah melatonin doesnt do shit, I need a drug with REAL NOTICEABLE EFFECTS... melatonin is like taking any other vitamin, I dont understand why everyone must push that bullshit on me... Might make me a little drowsy but WEED... that shit knocks me out lol. So yeah man JWH-018 would be good for sleep.
