I've talked it over with Andy, family and a best friend and told them my interest in makign this my new hobby. Not to be a stripper, but because I so miss the dance and gymnastic classes that filled my childhood and adolescence. Pole dancing seems like it would be combining the best of both worlds. Plus, my middle section is never firm, even with the weight I have lost. It is still flabby and icky. Pole dancing seems like it would scuplt it right up. And, we could host all of the bachelor parites on base if we got a stripper pole, which I think woudl be good for Andy's career. Anyone have any experience with pole dancing? Does anyone know of any non skanky pole dancing schools in CA?
i keep telling you cate that we should get into classes <by keep i mean just every time you bring it up i say we should get into classes> it is redonk exercise
iv always wanted to pole dance because it seems fun to try. but idk if i could ever make a living off of it because it seems trashy. but one night out i would get up and do it just for the fuck of it
I've heard nothing but good things about this. I thought about trying it, but its rather expensive here. Plus, I think I'd be all awkward and sucky at it, cause you have to act all sexy and stuff, and I'm no good at that Also, you can do it in heels, and that's just awesome.
It takes upper body strength to do the cool stuff. If you plan on getting both feet off the ground you will likely get a bruise or two... Something resembling a rug burn on your inner thigh/ankle areas. I suspect that non skanky means no acrobatics involved. Too bad because that's the actual fun.... Leaving footprints on the ceiling... I used to go hang out with a female friend of mine after club hours to kind of cheer on actual practice and learned some acrobatics after I got bored with just sitting around.
Pool dancing has to involve a little skankiness. I can't imagine how any lady can make sliding down a pool with their legs spread not look a bit skankified anyways. Maybe a burlesque type pool dance would make it a bit more classy.
oh dear god bella....you dont really think pole dancing at bachelorette parties on a freakin army base is going to further andys career do you?!!? thats crazy!! i completely encourage you to explore your interests and do what makes you happy, but i highly suggest that you keep it on the down low if you're not lookin for drama.
Pole dancing is awesome exercise. Some of the things those girls do are amazing displays of strength and agility. You don't have to act sexy unless you're an aspiring stripper. I had a go once, when I was in decent shape, holding on and trying to position my body horizontally. Really tough.
I've always wanted to take classes. So yeah you should do it. I've been belly dancing lately to get rid of this beer belly.
QFT- I did see some awesome Cique performers pole dancing on Conan- and even with all the circus style move chick still looked skanky, thats def part of the whole deal.Just gotta have fun with it.
No, I totally want to learn that the most. I like when they go to the top of the pole and then spin down upside down. What if I wore leggings and knee pads? I am wondering how good of shape I should get in before I take classes. i really don't want to be discouraged.
nono no I didn't mean ME pole dancing durign the bachelorette parties. Are you insane? Andy would fuckign kill me. I mean havign the stripper and the party over at our house.
i have always wanted to go on pole dancing lessons, but i can`t find any. maybe i just don`t search enough. anyway i am going on modern dance lesson in september. i have danced 8 years than when i was 15 i stoped and now i have decided i will start again.
