Sounds like a old friend of mine....I dont know how someone can go onto a forum and start talkng a whole bunch of shit about a drug that he or she or whoever you are has never tried...If you are so high and almighty then realize you are nothing....Burned! lol It could be fake or it could be real...How do you know what it is? Also a little diversion is never a bad thing in my opinion.I also recomend the drug to you...Oh and by the way iam kinda "enlightened"
Dude! your're enlightened through osmosis! :cheers2: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-3098945627037304392&ei=FzpUStLFBJSEqQL9zpHkAQ&q=osmosis&client=safari
Yes, LSD is cheating. It is a good tool to awaken people to what is out there, or remind you. But regular use of LSD or other manufactured drugs will bring you far away from what you are looking for.
Not at all. Cheating only if you don't understand what Enlightenment is all about, as it's nothing more than the end of suffering. LSD has "the potential" to shed away the bullshit, believing it's cheating just adds on more. The Buddha's way isn't the only way to enlightenment, he simply discouraged it through his methods because the use of drugs have "the potential" to be a hindrance. Are the tribes using ayuhsaca cheating? Are the indians who use peyote cheating? are the easteners who smoke marijuana/tobacco combo's in aid to enlightenment cheating? Nah. They are considered "tools" for a reason. Buddha's own quote, btw: Don't trip yourself over everything he had to say. In the end the words aren't really what's important.
I'd estimate no more than 1 in 10 people who trip on acid report spiritual experiences afterwards (that's probably generous). If it was really cheating, wouldn't it be more effective? LSD doesn't make anything easier on its own. The people who regularly post in this forum do not represent the majority of those who've tripped on acid. Those who didn't have as much "success" with it aren't very inclined to frequent an acid forum.
most acid takers would look at you weird if you told them any of the shit you post in this forum ime.
I hereby exclude myself from engaging in this thread. I feel it is morally wrong to engage in a battle of wits and intellect with an unarmed opponent.
Buddhism isn't about boasting, lol. you don't go online and start braggin about ur meditation skills and flashin off your "realizations" like a shiny medal. Your aims seem a tad bit off and ur ego seems like a mighty fortress if i do say so myself. i find it rather sad that ur tryin to enlarge yourself by belittling us, equality is something you apparently haven't realized yet, lol (a rather basic concept too, gosh). So much for all that "deep thinking" you claimed to be doing. Musta been all about yourself Good luck on your way to enlightenment! You'll need it! LMAO. You made my day
LMFAO. i dont want to taste your burrito. my burrito is way more delicious. no, ive never tried your burrito, but i guarantee mine is way more delicious. your burrito is inferior because it doesnt taste like my burrito. no, ive never tried your burrito, but i know it tastes nothing like my burrito, because it isnt my burrito!!!!!
I find it funny that this person presents him or herself as "hmm" when really they should be called "Aha!". There is nothing at all that you are actually questioning, instead you are recycling hundreds of years of other peoples opinions that you read on the internet or misquoted from some inacurate translation of a buddhist text and claiming that it is your own. It does not take a acid trip, or years to hard intelectual thinking to realize that "you are everything in the world", and you are certainly not the first person who has come to this revelation. Also, lsd is not some miracle drug that automatically produces enlightenment, in fact a majority of people who take it in our current day do it so they can get fucked up and see crazy colours. the beauty of the drug is that if you are taking it with the intentions of becoming enlightened, it allows you to break down the bariers of your ego and preconcieved notions that you feel in your waking life and experience an honest view of your own consiousness. something that you seem to need desperately
mmmmm.... AHA! Inded! Wow man, couldn't of said it any better. Probably the first thing I thought when I read his first post, Lmao, Oo boy he realized that he was everything!! That surely is brand spanken new and outspoken. Some hardcore meditation Be goin on at his place! :d :cheers2: PS: "I find it funny that this person presents him or herself as "hmm" when really they should be called "Aha!"." ...... I haven't LOL'd Like that from an internet post in a while, Lmao.
It's a tool for enlightenment but I think a lot of trippers never become enlightened. They just like to trip. and that's ok. :cheers2:
