being unemployed blows

yeah, even my stoner friend who's more of a stoner than me just got a job. he's been really looking though

 

My step dad got laid off since x-mass and he is going nuts not working, lucky he gets unemployment, it still sucks though

 

it sucks because i lost my job in january and my unemployment runs out soon.

before that i had my own place again, i had enough money finally to go out on the weekends, i had plans to go to festivals this summer, was workin on paying off student loans and debts.. i was moving forward and now i'm kinda stuck.

 

Oh jeez. I thought you were every other person just wanting a job lol

Umm have you thought about a plan? Why did you get released from your last one?

 

I totally agree OP, not having a job is a major inconvenience. I need to fill out some apps though.

same here with my dad. my mom is the only one working . I cant find a job for shit around here and im a certified medical office assistant...lotta good THAT did. I am thinking about getting on disability, just to help my folks out but its tough here and everywhere

 

I am on disability it took me 2 years to get accepted, I got dined when I live in Maryland, moved back home and I am now on social security, I can’t work on security, if I was they would say I am not disabled, I am so luck I don’t have to work, it sucks I don’t make enough to live on my own so I have to live with my mom for now

 

been unemployed since september 11. after you put in your first thousand or so applications you become numb to the rejection.lol

Wow Michigan sucks with their disability. You have to make a chance like the rest of us, I know it sucks not being on your own but things will get better!
I have a "disability" indeed but I can still work a normal paced job, people see me and they dont believe I have a disability, but I do..and it keeps me from getting a job so I figured going on it will be my 2nd option but here in IL. you CAN work part time too so its a win win for me.
