Bernie madoff wouldn't have been legal because it's called stealing. Prosecuting people for stealing does not interfere with capitalism.

This is highly debatable. I wonder why the Austrian economists saw this coming, while others didn't. The military doesn't belong in a discussion about free markets because is it a government entity.

i agree i dont see what the military has to do with it either. it looks like something he just threw into his post.

Personally I'd have to say that I am anti political, I do not agree with political parties at all, nor do I agree with any of the modern system we have instituted in the U.S.A. I agree with George Washington in saying "They [political parties] serve to organize faction, to give it an artificial and extraordinary force; to put, in the place of the delegated will of the nation, the will of a party, often a small but artful and enterprising minority of the community; and, according to the alternate triumphs of different parties, to make the public administration the mirror of the ill-concerted and incongruous projects of faction, rather than the organ of consistent and wholesome plans digested by common counsels, and modified by mutual interests."

    Possibly:

We've seen how well that works with Wall St. But actually I think Washington was speaking out against that minority. Funny thing is I don't think DC heard him.In fact I think they sold themselves out to that minority. And continue to do so even today.

Nothing Maddoff did was legal, hence why he's in jail for longer then a person lives from birth to death

I pointed out that a libertarian free market would only end in a plutocratic oligarchy some time ago.

It seems to me that needs to be addressed and if not it causes such a major hole in such a stance that it leaves it without much credit.
