Nude terminator storms arcade frightens children, blames LSD and marijuana

A man who ran naked through the Stateline casino core was subdued by a Taser on Tuesday before a group of “startled” children in the Harrah's Lake Tahoe casino arcade.

Sean Stanley Smith, 19, was jailed on charges of indecent exposure and resisting a peace officer.

He reportedly told officers he had ingested marijuana and LSD, and was running naked because he thought he was “the Terminator.”

no, you do not go to jail for life for taking lsd. you don't even go to jail for life for possessing, selling, or making lsd if thats all you're charged with.

if there is no more lsd, then all he'd likely be charged with is public intoxication, drug abuse, whatever. something general to go with the two stated offenses of public indecency and resisting a peace officer.

Anyone can say there on anything to get sympathy.. and some courts will even recommend some treatment or something.
But If you just wanted to get a crazy check, being out of work and all.. What a better way to Do it, than to strip down and run through somewhere screaming "their gonna get me" .. /Later after some diagnosis sign up for SSI and say the LSD you took then still makes you hear voices and shit.. When there was never any LSD at all..
