I like psychiatry, but this is EXACTLY why I wouldn't want to do it. I think it'd be very frustrating and unrewarding not working in a hospital-type setting after 6 or more years of medical school.
Dentist. Are they even doctors? :leaving: But seriously I'll go un-unique and say psychiatrist. Or counsellor. Same thing? I don't know. I need a Dr. right now I'm sick!!! Or a Witch Doctor. I told the witch doctor I was in love with you I told the witch doctor I was in love with you And then the witch doctor, he told me what to do He said that .... (Chorus) Ooo eee, ooo ah ah ting tang Walla walla, bing bang Ooo eee, ooo ah ah ting tang Walla walla, bing bang... Ooo eee, ooo ah ah ting tang Walla walla, bing bang Ooo eee, ooo ah ah ting tang Walla walla, bing bang
LOL I want to hear that song, what is it? For your ailment Laura, I prescribe some cat's claw tea and a chillum. That's generally what I practise myself.
My doctor also prescribes homeopathic medicine as well as the usual stuff from the drug dealers (aka pharmacy) lol. So if I could be a doctor, I would also train in alternative medicines/therapies (as well as conventional). My doctor is also a Taoist, so we have some interesting conversations. I had to laugh at all the Gynaecologist comments. My mother was a medical scientist. Some of her work was in "gynae" (which means women FYI- so it's not just "down there"- it's boozies as well). She and her work mates used to called Gynaecologists, Gina-cologists lol.
A neonatalogist. If you're not sure what it is: neonatalogy is a subspecialty of pediatrics that consists of the medical care of newborn infants, especially the ill or premature newborn infant. It is a hosptial-based specialty, and is usually practiced in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs). The principal patients of neonatalogists are newborn infants who are ill or requiring special medical care due to prematurity, low birth weight, intrauterine growth retardation, congenital malformations (birth defects), sepsis, or birth asphyxias.
