hot or not? & does anyone know of anywhere to take Pole Dancing Fitness classes or simply Lessons in the Sacramento Area? I want to learn
A private pole dance from my G/F would be nice. But in general pole dancing seems to be soul less. Naked women staring blankly at your wallet. No thanks. http://fitness.meetup.com/592/
Thinking about it... Save yourself some money and buy the film. Make it up yourself. A bit of a twist here a smooth turn there...job done. Ok, you'll probably not be able to do the Handstand, Inverted Leg Sliding Dismount...but that is what youtube is for.
Thats so true, plus the in home dvds are only a one time fee and teach all the basics. Im already a dancer, so i can just get creative afterwards ...smart idea
Yeah. I think that is the better idea. I have a feeling the classes will be dragged out and they'll teach you things dancing has already taught you. When I said a film, I meant a Hollywood film that the name escapes me at the moment. But, yeah, I'm sure there are hundreds if not thousands of DVDs out there.
oh yeah, i know one...umm Demi Moore stars as the stripper, and she has some sort of lawsuit for custody of her daughter.
I've been wanting to learn this for my boyfriend as well... I never thought about taking lessons though. Just planned on picking up a DVD. I think it's a great idea and I'm sure your man will love it!
That was the one I thought I was thinking of...but isn't that stripping? I think I was thinking of Showgirls. I think both have pole dancing in them though.
my aunt does it to stay in shape and it really helps. I thought about it for fitness but belly dancing is cool too
Can men do it? Could ? do it? I weigh 11.5 stones. Would I hurt myself? I can just imagine flicking my legs up and falling on my ass...or head.
I'll give it a shot if I can. Obviously i'll post the video after I have come out of hospital, if I fall on my head.
yeah thats it..striptease is what i was thinking of and omg what does it mean if you weigh 11.5 stones? im lost. and any weight is safe to like 300 lbs
