Excuse me if this is a repost, I searched but I didn't come up with anything similar.

So, here's the deal. SWIM has dabbled in psychs before and <3's LSD. However, SWIM finds it near impossible to come across economically priced (read: under $15 a hit/not fake) LSD. Therefore SWIM might try out 'shrooms. The only problem with this is that SWIM has a nasty penicillin allergy, as well as other minor mold allergies. SWIM is worried that once he takes 'shrooms his throat will swell up and suffocate him while he is tripping because of this. Can anyone offer some input?

You should be fine. There is a chemical produced in penicillin that fight off other bacteria (e.g. infections) and in some molds. However, mushrooms don't contain this particular chemical. I think its penicillium or something.

However, if you are super allergic I don't recommend risking it... Start of with a really small dosage and see. Best way to figure out is if your allergic to yeast or regular mushrooms. If so, don't try it.

Maybe you should just go to a hippy festival where you can find some real paper?
