Hmmmm, have you done it before? I am assuming your a vet making such a bold statement. I am asking if you ever had to do it. Reason being is that the medics have it almost the worst out here where I am at... I am not a medic...
i'm kind of surprised no one has said this yet, but why would you want to join the army at all? give up all of your rights for a period of time to go overseas and kill or be killed for a corrupt government? i don't really get it, but good luck anyway. i know you won't change your mind because of what some kid said on the internet. just don't kill any innocent people
The girls in the army they say they're mighty fine, you ask for kendra wilkinson they give frankenstein, oh I don't want no more of army life, gee mom I wanna go, but they won't let me go, gee mom I wanna go hoooome ..... hotwater
being a medic attached to an infantry company is a ton different then working in a hospital as a radiologist.. in the rear with the gear
Cadences tend to bring back negative stuff for me, so here is some that might trigger memories on why you got out. I used to wear my baggy jeans Now I'm wearing army greens Used to drive a cadillac Now I'm marching with rucksack Used to eat at micky Ds Now I'm eating MREs ______________________________________ Here we go again Same old stuff again Marching down the avenue Few more years and we'll be through I won't have to look at you So, I'll be glad and so will you _________________________________ Somewhere theres a soldier, He's in a foreign land, He's a US soldier, Just doing all he can. True enough. But you don't stay in the rear all the time. He will deploy at some point. There is also cav units, artillery units, etc. etc. that are no joke either. Its pretty likely that he will get the shaft in my view. Though its over all better than combat arms.
i signed up to be artillery. i had no idea what it was. i'm deployed now and i've only ever done infantry work. when i get back home it will be cool, cause i'll be able to say i'm a combat vet. but right now i just want to go home alive and safe. war sucks, its not what you see in movies. definitely not re-enlisting. good luck though, may the force be with you. might wanna hurry up, the army is at 160% recruiting strength and re-enlistment bonuses are all but gone.
Looks like baghdad in the back. DSTB just got there right? You have a 12 month tour that you just started. How long have you been there?
you must have a very short memory, shorter than mine.. dont you remember how bad you hated it? how you hoped you would get kicked out? how as i recall you tried to get kicked out?? i mean your older now and im sure more mature but really dude,,, think long and hard about this one. good luck to you in whatever you decide.. :cheers2:
