What weird food combination or just weird things do you like? typically I like cold, leftover mexican food better than when it was hot. and i like chicken fried rice a day old and microwaved i really can't stand carbonated cola, but i like when it's flat - sometimes i'll open a can and leave it in the fridge and drink it the next day
I actually like potato chips dipped in ketchup. I've also been known to drink pancake syrup straight out of the bottle and eat seasoning salt straight from the jar.
chips in ketchup or mustard is bangin. but barbecue chips(not those lay pussy bullshit ones) dipped in mayo are bangin
I like cooked green beans and mustard. It is pretty good. I can't think of anything else that is out of the ordinary that I like. I will put almost any food in a quesadilla with cheese. So damn good
i just tried escargot recently. it was pretty good, kinda like a mussel i like calamari (octopus) sometimes i like cold leftovers better than when it was hot too all that other shit sounds pretty weird though i've seen ketchup flavored lays before apparently they are more popular in canada
:cheers2: Me too! Haha Anyways, I like a lot of weird stuff I guess.. but it's nothing that I eat on the daily (like fried alligator, or mussels). I'd say the weird things I eat often are cold pizza, chips with hot sauce on them, and uhhh I dunno.. I could probably sit and eat olives all day long.
i also love leftover microwaved fried rice much better than when it's fresh, the same goes for meat sauce and lasagna. i also like old cheddar cheese, onion and mustard sandwiches ...has to be on white bread(the only time i eat white bread) and microwaved for 20 seconds... damn you microwave
i usually have a distaste for seafood, but i love escargot and good calamari is delicious i had escargot the first (and only) time at one of anthony bourdain's restaurants in NYC - the hardcore green freaked me out at first, but it was so delicious
i know, i am lucky to have a cousin that works there. i guess the benefits of working there go beyond some hefty tipping. she paid for our meals (i was with her brother/my cousin) and it wasn't TOO expensive with her discount. it was by far the best meal i've ever had. she even got us some beers as we ate in the very front of the place. i felt like such a bad ass walking in there with like jeans, a t-shirt and street shoes - getting one of the better tables - and drinkin good ass brew while everyone else in there was waiting for a table in real nice clothes and shit (keep in mind i was 17 and at 18 still look like i'm 14 lol) that actually sounds really good - maybe scoop out the seeds and vein in the pepper, fill with cheese and some cooked bacon - throw it in the broiler for a bit
I like to mix up teriyaki sauce, ginger extract, and horse radish and dip things in it. or pour it on pasta.
i totally forgot the name of it and i have no idea where it is at - i was high as shit when we went and drinkin some beer didn't do too much for the memory of that night - all i know it was killer next time i go, hopefully i'll be able to remember the name so i can invite you along. hopefully my cousin will be there too so i don't break my wallet payin for all of it
