I don't know what this shit is actually called, but its the thing that grows your tomatoes upside down. The commercial says that its great for "herbs" so do you think a weed plant would grow nice in it?
no idea there was one mysteriously hangin up on a fence in the neighborhood that shit was funny. -wishes she remembered the conversation-
I've heard you can use 'em to grow weed, but I dunno since I haven't had first hand experience. Same thing goes with those aerogardens, I've heard they work but have yet to see first hand examples.
supposidly they grow the tomatoes very very poorly, and i would asume even moreso in terms of weed as they are getting almost no sunlight being upside down even the most amature of growers know that sunlight is pretty much the lifeblood of plants growth that is why in time lapse photography of plants, you never see night shots because no growth happens during those times.
I wouldn't see much use for one with weed. The reason they're "good" for tomatoes is because tomato plants are like vines (like someone else said) and the tomatoes themselves are heavy and weigh down the plant, and when your whole plant ends up on the ground it's just a huge rotten-tomato-mushy mess. Pot, on the other hand, has no problem standing on it's own to begin with. If it does, you're doing something wrong.
