Does the environment appear to communicate to you on shrooms?

I've only done shrooms once and I couldn't help but feel like there is some sort of greater consciousness using my environment to communicate with me. The lyrics in songs is one example.

Yes. But I think your wording is tricky. It's your different consciousness that is reading your environment in a different way.
Me and my friend, the last time I was shrooming (my second, his first), did a rather bad thing, but our friend was in need, and we picked him up (I wouldn't ever drive intoxicated, but I will ride it =/). Anyways, while we were driving, the whole world seemed extra real. Like it could normally seem only in a movie.
Everything stood out so much more, and everything seemed so insanely 3d, more so than normal.

Then later that night, after some weed had been added to the equation: I realized how much of the universe is nothingness, and how everything is connected, if through nothing else, through it's disconnection.

My first time shrooming, I was holding a glass, and I could feel the resistance as I squeezed it. It felt as if I could feel it's very atomical structure as I had my hand pushing on it, and I could feel the potential strength of every muscle in my hand, as it prepared to crush it on my command (which, of course, I wouldn't be stupid enough to command =P).

I always felt like there was some kind of message in transmission, sometimes I thought I could understand it sometimes not, sometimes through the hallucinations that popped up, sometimes everything just seemed alive and having something to say like the refrigerator or the water in the lake or shit I would find. Nothing was insignificant IOW.

I feel more earthy on mushrooms I guess. There is a connection there for me. I don't know if this is the exact thing you are talking about, but I think so.

Interesting experience duck. Its a wonderful drug. code did a survey that showed that mushrooms were in more than half of peoples top 5 drugs. I can't remember what the name was...

I find that when I take mushrooms, I always feel a strong urge to be close to nature, and to be absorbed in its ambience, sort of like my conciousnees is becoming one whith the plant and animal life around me. This is why I usualy like to trip outdoors, forests, parks etc

i always feel like there is another language being spoken by the natural world (not in anykind of way we understand language) , its somthing subtle, and i believe its somthing that can be learned.
