the most peaceful, calming music you can hear. every time i listen to it, it reminds me of when i was 17, listening to their () album on full blast, walking back to my hotel at night on a deserted beach in san diego. the guitarist plays his electric with a bow. and the language in the () album is "hopelandic." a made up language with no real meaning, just vocal sounds.
I love Sigur Ros./.. be sure to see them in concert if you ever have the oppurtunity . The whole feel at their concerts is great!
i really want to. like 5 or so years ago they did a concert in chicago with radiohead. i wanted to go but didn't for whatever reason. dammit!
I do love them. Such beautiful, serene music. I can't for the life of me remember very many distinct parts of their songs but I'll throw on an album, tune out and let my mind wander.
