Home made banana soya milk and all bran.

Simple, but oh you have no idea now tasty!

The home made banana soya milk goes all frothy.

    Easy.

    Ingredients:
    Soya milk
    Banana

    Method:
    Place in blender. Blend.

I used a hand blender. I also use proper bananas, the yellow ones with the black spots.

Ooh...I thought you actually meant starting from scratch with soya beans:eek: Bit of false advertising if you ask me!

Still, it sounds like something I should give a go. Plus, proper bananas:drool5: It makes me shudder when people eat green ones. Real bananas have spots and arent hard and dont make you gag, its true

Now Im starving and theres nothing in

my work colleague suggested the concept of watching GMTV in the morning,

as there is a blonde Aussie girl doing "bikini diet" fitness exercises on it and ooohing and aaahing a lot.

This is a breakfast concept I approve of.

ummmm... i dont know how to put this...

soymilk is for girls, not because its vege drink but, that shit make your body produce "estrogen"!!! women who cant have periods anymore drink that shit to produce more estrogen, which is female hormone, and men do have it but not much, for men it make your hair grow, deepen you voice, etc... search plz... dont feel like explaining rightnow... sitting here with bottle absolute... heheheh... buuuuuuziiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing...

i stay far far away from that estrogen producing shit... im a maN!!!!! gimme more testosterone!!!!

The amount of soya milk youd have to drink for it to actually make a difference is pretty huge. Too much oestrogen would be bad news for "girls" aswell as men, but luckily a splash of Alpro on your cereal will do absolutely naff all to either. If you ate a massive amount of any food itd have some unwanted effect

If a woman wasnt menstruating at all Im not sure what kind of doctor would prescribe soya milk on cereal daily...Pretty shit ones...

As far as introducing hormones into your body goes, meat would be a greater concern, ironically seen as a manly food
