How come it's socially acceptable for them to, yet when a white man does, he's being racist?
The term is only meant are friend, buddy, partner, etc.

 

Because when someone non-black uses that word they are using it to make themselves sound bigger than blacks just because their race wasn't used for slavery purposes.

 

That's not why they use the term.
They use the term 'nigga' in this case, as meaning buddy or friend, just as black people do.
If it is so wrong for white people to say, black people shouldn't either (in that case, it should be labeled a 'curse' word).
